Withdraw from the contract

Submit your withdrawal without signing in. Enter your details, review your declaration and confirm sending it. You do not need to give a reason or wait for our approval.

1. Give notice of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the goods. Sending your notice within the deadline is sufficient.

2. Send the goods back

You have another 14 days after giving notice. You pay the direct return costs unless the seller is required to cover them.

3. Receive your refund

We refund without undue delay, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait for the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

Enter the order number, or the purchase date and a description of the goods if you do not have it. An order number is not the only way to identify your contract.

Enter “entire order” or describe the goods and quantities. Identify a set sold as one product as a complete set.
