Purchases and scope
We sell new vehicle wiper blades and accessories online. These terms cover consumers and other customers; mandatory consumer protections also apply to other persons entitled to them by law. An individual buying directly for a business retains Polish consumer-like business rights where the purchase is not professional in nature for that person. Selecting a company purchase alone does not exclude those rights.
How the contract is made
Select the goods, check descriptions, quantities and vehicle compatibility, then enter your details and choose delivery and payment. An account is optional. You can correct the basket and your details before submitting. The summary shows goods, tax-inclusive prices, delivery and the full payable amount. Using “Order and pay” or an equivalent button clearly indicating an obligation to pay places a paid order. The contract is concluded when we email acceptance for fulfilment; the store’s order confirmation constitutes that acceptance. A payment provider’s payment message alone is not acceptance by the store. If fulfilment is impossible, we contact you promptly. Changing the goods, price or agreed delivery time requires your agreement, and a refund due cannot be made conditional on accepting store credit.
Prices and payment
Consumer prices include applicable taxes. Delivery is stated separately before the paid order. We do not add paid services, options or surcharges without express consent. Checkout identifies payment methods available for the transaction. Wallet availability also depends on the device and provider. For a bank transfer use the details in the confirmation/proforma and the disclosed deadline; we do not impose an undisclosed additional deadline. B2B tax treatment, including any zero rate, applies only where legal tax conditions are met, not automatically upon entering an EU VAT number.
Where a price reduction is announced, reference-price and prior lowest-price information must satisfy applicable law. A gift is not a reduction of the purchased goods’ prices and does not replace duties relating to actual price-reduction announcements.
Delivery and transit responsibility
Available countries, methods, parcel restrictions and the full delivery charge are disclosed before ordering. Goods are dispatched from Poland. An agreed delivery period includes preparation and transit; dispatch alone does not fulfil the delivery obligation. Unless another period was agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of contract conclusion. We inform you promptly of obstacles; an update about delay does not unilaterally change the agreed deadline. Statutory remedies for delay, including setting an additional deadline and terminating where the law permits, remain available. The seller bears transit loss/damage risk until the consumer or designated person receives the goods, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently chosen by the consumer and not offered by the store. A damage report, photographs and prompt notification help handling but are not conditions of statutory consumer rights.
Gift and basket benefits
One gift priced at zero is included when goods reach at least 800,00 Kč. Eligibility uses the sum of goods prices in the basket, excluding delivery and the gift, before any general basket discount.
This storefront currently applies an automatic basket discount of 3%. The deduction and resulting price are shown before ordering. This deduction is not presented as the documented lowest goods price in the preceding 30 days.
Available standard delivery is free from a goods value of 1 500,00 Kč. Eligibility uses basket goods prices excluding delivery. Service availability depends on parcel size and destination; the full charge is shown before ordering.
One qualifying order receives one surprise gift priced at zero. Its type depends on availability; no particular model or cash value is promised. You cannot choose the gift or exchange it for cash. Purchased goods do not become more expensive because of the gift, and there is no mandatory charge to add it. The basket indicates its addition before ordering. If an agreed gift is missing from the parcel, contact us so we can agree a solution. A future offer change does not remove a gift already included in a concluded contract.
The gift does not restrict withdrawal or complaint rights. If withdrawing from the entire contract, please return the gift as well. We do not impose an automatic penalty or arbitrary fee for exercising statutory rights.
Withdrawal and returns
Return rules and form · Open the withdrawal form
Your right to withdraw
As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a third party you appoint other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one contract covering goods delivered separately, it starts after receipt of the last item. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or applicable public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day. You may withdraw before delivery as well. If the legally required withdrawal information was not provided, the withdrawal period ends 12 months after the ordinary 14-day period expires. If the missing information is supplied during those 12 months, you have 14 days from receiving it.
How to give notice
Send us a clear declaration using Open the withdrawal form, by email to [email protected], or by post to the seller’s address below. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. Our approval, a customer account, a particular form and a reason are not required. Give enough information to identify the contract; an order number helps but is not the only way. Simply refusing delivery does not replace a withdrawal declaration. We will promptly confirm online declarations by email.

Where and when to send the goods
Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal to the address in Poland below. Dispatching them before the deadline is sufficient. You do not need to wait for approval or an RMA number. You bear the direct return costs unless we have agreed to cover them or the law requires us to do so. Choose a carrier, pay the postage and keep proof of dispatch. Please include purchase details and pack the goods and returned accessories securely; these practical requests are not additional conditions for exercising your right.
What and when we refund
If you withdraw from the entire contract, we refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for that order. The extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you selected is not refunded. Selecting the wrong vehicle or buying by catalogue number does not remove these rights. We refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect the goods ourselves. Receipt of the parcel does not start a new 14-day refund period.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional charges. We do not impose store credit instead of money or a return-handling fee. For a partial withdrawal we refund the relevant price and delivery costs to the extent required by law, without retrospectively adding a new charge for the original delivery.
Opening and inspecting the goods
You may open the packaging and inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as necessary to assess them. Intact original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal. You are liable only for actual diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that assessment, provided you received the legally required withdrawal information. Using wipers while driving or damaging them may diminish their value but does not automatically remove the right to withdraw. We do not impose a flat penalty for opening packaging.
Exceptions and faulty goods
Selecting standard wipers for a vehicle, a length, an adapter or a ready-made set is not in itself a custom-made order. The exception for genuinely personalised goods applies only where the statutory requirements are met. Withdrawal does not restrict your rights for goods that do not conform to the contract. If goods are faulty, we sent a different product, or our vehicle-compatibility description was wrong, contact [email protected]: we will handle the complaint and bear the costs required by law. This is not treated as an ordinary buyer-funded change-of-mind return.

Conformity and complaints
Contact the seller by email or post using the details above. Describe the goods, problem and remedy sought and identify the purchase; we do not require a till receipt as the only evidence or original packaging. The seller is responsible for non-conformity existing at delivery and appearing within two years, without restricting longer mandatory rights or assurances given. Consumers may request repair or replacement; statutory conditions govern refusal or changing the remedy and entitlement to a price reduction or termination, including for serious non-conformity. The seller bears legally required collection, repair and replacement costs. Remedies are completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. A manufacturer’s additional guarantee applies only if actually given on stated terms and does not replace rights against the seller. Ordinary wear alone is not a defect, but installation or use does not automatically exclude a claim.
Repair or replacement may be refused only on statutory grounds, particularly impossibility or disproportionate cost. A proportionate price reduction or termination may be available where the seller refuses or fails to provide proper remedy, the problem remains after an attempted remedy, or the defect is sufficiently serious to justify immediate action. An insignificant defect does not permit termination; statutory burden-of-proof rules apply. The seller pays return costs following justified termination for non-conformity.
A defect appearing in the first year is presumed to have existed at receipt unless the nature of the goods or defect excludes this. We issue a complaint receipt recording the date, subject, remedy requested and contact details. We resolve the complaint, including remedying the defect, and notify you within 30 days unless a longer period is expressly agreed. After expiry you may seek a proportionate price reduction or terminate. We provide a record of resolution/date or written reasons for rejection. Time during which goods cannot be used because of a justified complaint does not count against the statutory period; further statutory extensions remain unaffected.

Account and electronic contact
The customer account is free and provides details and order history. You may request deletion by contacting the seller; information needed for tax, claims and legal obligations may be retained as explained in the privacy policy. Forms require a current browser, JavaScript, necessary cookies and an email address. Ordinary internet charges follow your provider contract. Do not submit unlawful content or compromise the site’s security. An account restriction justified by security or breach does not remove rights under concluded contracts. Send electronic-service complaints to the contact above; we respond within the period required by law.
Personal data
Order data needed to perform the contract and legal duties are processed on those grounds. Marketing consent is not a purchase condition. The privacy policy explains the controller, grounds, recipients, retention, cookies and your rights.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may seek help from consumer advisers, the Polish Trade Inspection and a European Consumer Centre for cross-border disputes. Competent ADR entities appear in the official directory. Voluntary proceedings depend on legally required or provided consent. Following an unresolved complaint we provide the legally required durable-medium information about the appropriate entity and our position on participating. Access to courts remains unaffected.
Applicable law and keeping these terms
The law applicable to the contract governs, preserving mandatory consumer protections in the country of habitual residence. We do not impose exclusive Polish court jurisdiction on consumers. These terms can be saved and printed. Order confirmation is emailed with sales terms and withdrawal information; keep that version. Later website or terms changes do not alter concluded contracts or acquired rights.
